Our Story

We chose the second option!
Unsure of our next step we knew we had to get some stability so we put focus back on our then small janitorial service business. We applied everything we had learned and grew that business by 300% in less than a year!
Seeing the success we had with that we started to play with the idea of offering our marketing services to businesses…but we had no idea how to get started! So I started freelancing with a few local businesses and I started getting them results!
But that wasn’t enough. Getting results was only one part of the equation and I knew I needed to really learn the in’s and out’s of running a successful advertising agency.
This lead me to the opportunity to work with the CardoneKern Agency and a few other smaller agencies.
Working at CardoneKern I went from working as a junior media buyer to a client success account manager to eventually being one of the team lead media buyers managing a handful of accounts myself and responsible for the success of the team of media buyers I oversaw.
Through my experience working in small and big agencies, I was able to work and understand different roles and I learned the things that worked and the things that in my opinion didn’t. I gained experience and understanding of what really and truly mattered to clients.
So this journey wasn’t easy and it sure wasn’t overnight but through hard work and perseverance and God’s grace LeadsUpward was born.
We have now grown to manage an average of $2 million per month in profitable ad spend for clients with a minimum combined 3x ROAS. After managing millions in profitable ad spend we have gotten good…very good! We have refined our signature process S.O.S that generates guaranteed results!

About Me
Hey all, I’m Diana Burgos - elite marketing strategist and Facebook Ad expert. Yes, I’m what my husband refers to as a beast in Facebook Ads but honestly speaking that’s not who I really am. I can go on and on about why I’m the best at what I do…marketing, strategy, Facebook ads… the whole package but I’m not going to do that. Why? Because I’m a firm believer in not tying my identity to my business or accomplishments!
Instead, I want to share with you a few things about who I really am…
A wife to an amazing husband who does everything and anything for me (including filling up my car with gas…yes I HATE filling up my own gas!) fun fact => Both our names start with D and our birthdays are two days apart! A mother of two amazing daughters who blow me away with their love and grace every single day…they are my greatest accomplishment!
My favorite thing to do is watch movies or a good Netflix series and yes Disney movies are my favorite!
I didn’t go to school for business or marketing, I actually went to school and graduated as a fashion designer. When I started my first business and couldn't figure out how to sell online and that lead me into learning everything I needed to know about online advertising! Funny enough I fell in love with the digital advertising world and my fashionista ambitions were put on pause.
I do love crafting, sewing, and creating in general! I made my own prom dress and my best friend’s wedding dress and will be making my sister’s wedding dress soon! But whatever you do please don't ask me to alter any clothes…I hate alterations!
I love taking walks and riding my bike, nothing beats listening to worship music as I feel the speed and break through the wind. (Don’t worry I keep one headphone off to stay aware of my surroundings.)
There are 3 principles I live by…Faith, Loyalty, and Honesty! I try to apply them in everything I do!
