My Signature Process consists of six steps:
01. Analyze
Scale is not possible without a strong foundation! The first step is to completely audit your account. We review your existing offers and assets. We will identify strengths and weaknesses.
02. Strategize
Before we even think of running ads we determine key goals and numbers, we identify your ideal client and we set up a funnel strategy based on your business’s strengths. We will never reinvent the wheel! In this stage, we set expectations and identify the one thing that has worked best in the past and we focus on improving it so it will support turning cold leads into buyers.
03. Ideate
Develop the whole marketing execution! First impressions are important and having good content to create awareness and build trust is important. It allows us to create hot audiences of people who get to know your product/service.
04. Control
Generate conversion traffic to create high-quality leads and customers through carefully crafted ads and persuasive messaging. Once we start driving traffic and getting results we can then establish a control. This is what we use as an indicator of success as we get ready to optimize and position your campaigns to test and outperform the initial control.
05. Evaluate
Data-drives everything we do! Our actions and decisions are never based on intuition or hopeful marketing. We track and review ad data, landing page conversion rates, and overall sales conversions. If it all checks out we move into scaling! If not, we determine what the bottleneck is in your funnel and we continue to optimize.
06. Scale
As we get ready to scale we optimize all campaigns to ensure we are within KPIs (Key success indicators) and we scale ad spend to increase leads and ROAS.
